Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor is inviting the community to watch the presidential debates and election night coverage live on the big screen throughout the rest of this election season, beginning with the debate next Monday, Sept. 26, at Hofstra University.

As it has in past presidential election years, the theater will be opening its doors to debate watchers on Sept. 26, Oct. 4 and Oct. 19 and will again be hosting viewers for election night coverage on Nov. 8.

There will be no screening of the Oct. 9 debate due to a previously scheduled event.

On each evening, doors will open at 7:30 pm and refreshments will be available at the lobby bar.

“This is another opportunity for Bay Street to give back to the community by opening its doors for free,” says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director. “We welcome all to join us, no matter what your political inclination. Bay Street is a great place to gather with your friends and neighbors for events that affect all of our lives.”

The debates and election night coverage are free and open to all. Donations welcome.
