and Dark Skies Initiative

New Information On How and Why Light at Night Affects Our Health and Well-being; and What We, as Individuals, Can Do About this Issue.

OUR PANEL:
Susan Harder – International Dark-Sky Association’s 2018 Hoag/Robinson Award winner and dark sky advocate for over 20 years. (IDA is a non-profit organization that works to help stop light pollution and protect the night skies for present and future generations.)
Heather Lanza – Director of Southold Planning Department
Steve Bellavia – Custer Institute
Representatives from the Town Attorney’s Office & Town Code Enforcement will also be present.
