Southold Memorial Day Parade in Southold
SOUTHOLD MEMORIAL DAY PARADE Monday, May 31, 11 a.m. Southold Town’s Memorial Day parade will be held in downtown Southold this year, stepping off at Boisseau Avenue and continuing west on the Main Road to the American Legion at Tuckers Lane.

East Hampton Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade
The annual East Hampton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 550 services will take place on Monday, May 27, with a ceremony at 9 a.m. at Main Beach, followed by a parade at 10 a.m. on Main Street in the village. Orient Heritage Day Parade & Picnic
Sunday, July 4th, 12 noon. The progenitor of Heritage Day, Oysterponds native-son Augustus Griffin, began a tradition of the reading of the Declaration of Independence every July 4th. Many years later, that simple ceremony has grown into Heritage Day—an annual celebration where the community comes together to honor this great country of ours and, especially, Oysterponds. Westhampton Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The Annual Westhampton Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade steps off at noon on Saturday, March 11 from the elementary school on Mill Road, marching south to Main Street, and finishing at the corner of Main Street and Sunset Avenue. Mike “Digger” Koziarz will be this year’s Grand Marshal.

Cutchogue’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, sponsored by the North Fork Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Saturday, March 11 at 2 p.m., stepping off from the traffic light at Cox Lane, marching west on the Main Road to the Cutchogue Fire Department on New Suffolk Road, where hot dogs and refreshments will be available for the community.

The Hampton Bays Hibernians are also hosting their Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 18 at 11 a.m. Southampton Town Councilman Rick Martel, who has long been involved with the Hampton Bays business community, will be the Grand Marshal. The parade steps off from the Hampton Bays Middle School on Ponquogue Avenue, heading north to Montauk Highway, where it heads west to the intersection with Flanders Road.

The oldest and largest parade on the East End will be held in Montauk on Sunday, March 26. The parade, sponsored by the Montauk Friends of Erin, steps off from the corner of Edgemere Road and Montauk Highway at noon, heading west on Montauk Highway to the IGA. James “Jimmy” Grimes will be this year’s Grand Marshal. The Montauk Chamber of Commerce will be serving hot soup in souvenir mugs on the Green beginning at 10 a.m.
