Northeast Stage presents their Spring 2019 ​production & fundraiser, “A Celebration of Shakespeare: An Evening of Follie and Drama,” directed by Suzette Delia Reiss, this Friday, April 26 through Saturday, May 4 at Greenport’s Holy Trinity Church at 768 Main Street.

The production stars Abigail Caplovitz Field, Justin D. Harris, Amy Ippolito, Tom LaMothe, A.D. Newcomer, Colin Palmer, Jim Pearsall, James Pritchard, Rebekah White and Margaret Brown on recorder. A.D. Newcomer serves as assistant director.

Performances will be held Fridays and Saturdays, April 26, 27 and May 3 and 4 at 8 p.m. and on Sunday, April 28 at 5 p.m.

A reception will follow on April 26 and May 4.

All proceeds will be used for Northeast Stage’s annual free Shakespeare in the Park production of “Measure for Measure,” directed by Colin Palmer, this August in Greenport’s Mitchell Park.
