Southold Town Supervisor Al Krupski holds his annual State of the Town address on Thursday, Aug. 13 at 7 p.m. at Peconic Landing in Greenport.

Topics he’s expecting to highlight in the speech (video above) include short-term rentals, the town’s new cell tower code, water conservation, affordable housing, public safety, land preservation, communications and last year’s cyberattack.
