16th Annual Shelter Island 5K for Breast Health

The 16th Annual Fall 5K Run and 5K Walk
takes place on Saturday, October 17th, 2015 at 11 a.m.
“Rain or Shine” 11am at Cresent Beach. Donations and Race proceedsbenifit Northfork Breast Health Coalition, Colition for Womens Cancers at Southampton Hospitol, and Lucia’s angels

The cost for those registering before October 15th is $30
$10 for children ages 14 and under.
Participants can also register on the day of the race for $40.

Awards
In addition to medals for the top finishers, new awards will be made for the first place breast cancer survivor runner and walker respectively.
Prize will be awarded to the Team with the most participants.
Also on Saturday, October 17th, from 1:30 – 4:30pm
The Ram’s Head will be hosting an Oktoberfest, replete with a pig roast, local wine and brewery tasting, and live music. All participants of the 5k are welcome to come to the Ram’s Head after the race to enter their race number into a raffle (for a yet to be determined Grand Prize).
