Aspiramos Latino Film Festival at Southampton High School

ASPIRAMOS, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to empower and educate Latino students who have graduated from Southampton School District, is organizing its first Latino Film Festival which will take place on March 16th at Southampton High School. The proceeds from the festival will be used to fund the scholarship program that the board of ASPIRAMOS will use to enable deserving Latino students to continue their education beyond high school.
The Festival will feature two films over the course of the evening. The first film, “Mi Gran Noche,” is a comedy about the production of a television series related to the Hispanic tradition of Nochevieja. It will be shown at 6:30pm, immediately followed by “Neruda” at 8:30pm, a biographic film of the famed Chilean poet Pablo Neruda.
The Festival will be held at Southampton High School at 141 Narrow Lane in Southampton on March 16th, 2016. A $10 ticket will gain you entrance to both movies and contribute to a very worthy cause. Tickets will be available at the door or can be purchased by contacting 631 5914611
