Join Marcy Axelrod, bestselling-award-winning local author and 2X TEDx speaker, for a talk in the Nature Center to discuss her groundbreaking book How We Choose to Show Up. In her book, Axelrod reveals the invisible system connecting us to ourselves, others, and society – and how it shapes leadership, relationships, and meaning – all while taking care of the world and each other. Drawing from twenty years of research in psychology, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology, Axelrod offers a practical framework for how to Truly Show Up with greater ease. Books will be available for purchase and signing. $15 per person, light refreshments and wine included.
