This Wednesday at 7:30 pm is the first joint community meeting between FRNCA, Bay View Pines, Waters Edge and the Flanders, Riverside, Northampton CAC, to be held at the David W. Crohan Community Center on Flanders Road.

The guest speaker will be Riverhead Central School District Superintendent Nancy Carney and the 6 people running for the school board. It’s the first time the budget is being presented to a civic association this year.

Following Nancy Carney will be Ron Hintze from the Flanders, Northampton Volunteer Ambulance, talking about a proposed increase to the size of the ambulance barn, and Keri Minnick will again be answering questions and talking about the dilapidated Brewster House, which will be the subject of a public hearing on unsafe property conditions before the Southampton Town Board in May.
