Please join the New Suffolk Waterfront Fund in the Fireplace Room of Case’s Place at the Galley Ho for a fascinating look into the lives of bees and beekeeper, Prudence Heston of Salt Air Farm in Cutchogue. Hear all about Prudence’s hives of honey bees, their care and the critical role both wild bees and honey bees play in the health and continuing availability of our food supply. Learn about the issues and problems affecting the health of our local bee populations today.
