FILM “FIX IT” and FORUM WITH NYS ASSEMBLYMAN FRED THIELE
Monday, July 11, 7 p.m. Bridgehampton’s Hampton Library
The League of Women Voters of the Hamptons invites the community to an open forum on healthcare reform on Monday, July 11, 7 p.m. at Bridgehampton’s Hampton Library, 2478 Montauk Highway.
Hosted by the League’s Government Committee and Health Committee, and organized by Naomi Epstein, the program includes the screening of a powerful new, non-partisan 38-minute documentary, “Fix It: Healthcare at the Tipping Point,” followed by a discussion with New York State Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr., in regard to the New York Health Act, which has passed the NYS Assembly twice.
Refreshments will precede the program.
