ALL INVITED TO LWV’S APRIL 26 SPRING BRUNCH, “NOT YOUR MOTHER’S PANCAKES”

To welcome spring, the Hamptons League of Women Voters invites all to a special cooking demonstration and brunch titled “Not Your Mother’s Pancakes,” on Wednesday, April 26, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at The Inn Spot on the Bay, located at 132 Lighthouse Road on Shinnecock Bay in Hampton Bays.

Award-winning Platinum Chef Colette will present a history of pancakes from around the world, followed by a cooking demonstration and tasting. A brunch will follow, with your choice of specialty pancakes from Belgium (Pannekoeken), France (crepes), Poland (Nalesniki) and Japan (Okonomiyaki).
