Consumer packaged goods veteran Anna Kotler discusses basics of business management and consumer marketing for nascent food companies. With 20 years of experience for both Fortune 500 companies and early stage startups, she is the driving force behind FoodCubate, the NYC metro area network of food incubators and co-Founder of Kimchify, a Korean packaged foods startup and continues to consult to nascent food companies. Anna has an MBA from the University of Michigan in marketing and corporate strategy.
