New Moon Workshop at Quogue Wildlife Refuge

Join Alexandra Wisnoski, sound artist and teacher, as she leads us through a one hour program which will include a talk about moon cycles, the effects on the body, the significance of the new moon, and certain yogic practices we can do to harness the energy of the lunar cycles in our lives. This discussion will be followed by a 20 minute meditation and intention setting session, and ending with a 20 minute singing bowl & sung mantra deep relaxation. Alexandra is a certified yoga instructor and a graduate of New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Preregistration required, along with payment at time of registration. $15 per person.
