3rd Annual Earth Day 5K

5K Course:  Join us for a trail race/walk through the beautiful 275 acre Indian Island County Park! All proceeds benefit the North Fork Environmental Council’s environmental education programs and scholarship fund.

Registration:  Registration starts at 8:30AM at Indian Island County Park

Directions: LIE exit 71; Right turn onto Route 24 at end of exit ramp; Follow Route 24 south through the Riverhead Traffic Circle; Continue on Route 24 and make a left turn at the next traffic light onto Route 105; Follow  Route 105 to entrance on right.

Cost: $25.00 (first 150 guaranteed cloth reusable Shopping bag), day of race registration: $30.00.

Family entry: $75.00 for up to 4 related family members. No day-of family registrations.

Kids Fun Run: Starting time 9:15am, distance 1/10 mile. Kids ages 8 & under run free!

Awards: Top 3 male and female overall winners and top 3 male and female winners in the following age groups: Under  8, 9-12, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, over 70.

Race entry includes: Refreshments, post-race raffle, awards ceremony & water stop on course.
