Showing a short film, “Conservation on a Precious Island,” featuring Academy Award-nominee Sam Waterston, followed by a “virtual tour” of Plum Island, Save the Sound’s Louise Harrison will share the latest news on the Preserve Plum Island Coalition campaign. Louise is a conservation biologist who has served on Long Island in federal, New York State, and Suffolk County agencies. Learn how you can join the fight to protect Plum Island from private development.
