A native of Jamaica, Winston Lyons developed a love for cooking while spending time in the kitchen with his grandma growing up. He attended culinary school in Jamaica and worked as a line cook in one of Jamaica’s most popular hotels, the Wyndham, before leaving for the United States, where he settled in East Hampton. He has worked at East Coast Oyster, Turtle Crossing, East Hampton Point, and most recently East Hampton Grill. With his experiences and passion for this business, he decided to open up his own restaurant to share what he does best – cook!
