Come learn about Water Mill! The Water Mill Community invites the public in celebrating Water Mill’s 375th Anniversary and Water Mill Museum’s 50th Anniversary with tours of the hamlet and historic Water Mill locations on Friday, June 14 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Rain date will be Sunday, June 16 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Visitors will be able to view and enter the historic buildings in the hamlet center; 1898 Community House, 1729 Water Mill Cemetery, 1800 Corwith Windmill, Veterans Memorial, and 1644 Water-Powered Grist Mill. Colonial Children’s Games will be available on the Village Green near the Corwith Windmill. For additional information call the museum at 631-726-4625 or visit www.watermillmusem.org.
