Hampton Bays Civic Association Discusses The Future of Hampton Bays

June 22, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Board of the Hampton Bays Civic Association is hoping all of you are keeping well and are sequestered while doing your part to open and restart our economy. That sounds contradictory, but it is the tune our times play, and the HBCA is going to do their best to find the cadence. To accomplish that, they are going to have their second virtual monthly meeting Monday, June 22 at 7:00 p.m.

Hampton Bays Forward is the theme of this meeting and by that they mean the opening of the Hampton Bays downtown area, restaurants, parks, and recreation areas. The pathfinders for this tour will be the leaders of those areas: Jay Schneiderman, Southampton Town Supervisor; Rick Martel, Councilman from Hampton Bays and owner of Skidmore’s Sports & Styles; Kristen Doulos, Southampton Town Parks Director, and David Hersh local restaurant owner of Cowfish and Rumba restaurants. Together these pathfinders will discuss the measures that propose a safe recreation of what we know as the Hampton Bays Lifestyle.

The HBCA hopes their members will want to be a part of Hampton Bays Forward, and that all members of the Southampton community will also join their evening, June 22 at 7:00 p.m.

By reading further you may discover how you may ask your questions of these leaders and clarify their ideas for your understanding.

Here is how it all works: As we make this momentary transition from in-person to live-streamed meetings, make sure you don’t miss out by subscribing to our e-mail list and submitting a question for our presenter(s) – instructions are below.
