Two Housing Lotteries: One Do-Over, One New

After a major snafus led to numerous applicants not being entered in a lottery for the 50-unit Vineyard View affordable rental complex in Greenport, Conifer Real Estate Development reopened its lottery application process on Aug. 17 and will be accepting applications through Aug. 30. Applications are available online at coniferllc.com/properties/vineyard-view. All prior lottery applicants who previously submitted their applications directly to Vineyard View will be automatically eligible and included in

Southampton Hosts Housing Forums
