The truism bandied about on the East End is that there are only eight weeks in the season in which to earn enough money to live all year round. But there are fewer than eight weeks in the season that can possibly be as beautiful as this week was. With four weeks left until Labor Day, there are warm weather jobs to finish and shorter and shorter days to live to the fullest.
