Congressman Lee Zeldin is opening an East End district satellite office at 30 West Main Street in Riverhead on February 1.

The office will be in Suite 201 and will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or by appointment, scheduled by calling 631.209.4235.

Mr. Zeldin’s regular district office is in Patchogue.

“An East End office will bring the wide range of constituent services that my office provides a little closer to home for eastern Long Island residents,” said Mr. Zeldin in a statement Monday. “If you are struggling with a federal issue or agency, or have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to contact and take full advantage of my East End office.”

Mr. Zeldin reported that his Long Island constituent services team successfully closed over 2,000 cases in favor of district residents in 2015, dealing with federal issues ranging from veteran’s affairs, to Social Security and Medicare, health care, housing, immigration, active military, post offices, the 9/11 Fund, and homeland security.
