Sagaponack Budget Vote

The Sagaponack School is putting up a $1.75 million budget to voters May 20, up 1 percent from this year. If approved, taxes would decrease from $0.39 per $1,000 of assessed valuation to $0.38 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.

Newcomer Brian Villante is running unopposed for a seat on the school board.

Voting will take place at the school at 7:30 p.m.
